Compliance

Hospital compliance engine

The hospital compliance engine organises obligations, checks, deadlines and evidence for quality teams and activity owners. Jovimed makes progress and missing information visible; competent staff examine requirement applicability and document sufficiency.

Configuration, integrations and availability are discussed in your demonstration.

CAPABILITIES

Compliance becomes clear operational work.

The engine translates requirements into actions teams can follow every day.

Obligation library

Group legislation, accreditation criteria, internal policies and applicable procedures. Each record identifies the reference document, version and activities for which staff have examined the applicability of the requirement.

Configurable controls

Turn obligations into recurring checks, tasks, approvals and expected evidence. A check has a documented result and a named reviewer alongside the source of the information used to perform it.

Department impact

Show which departments, equipment, training and documents are affected by a requirement. One obligation may involve several departments, but responsibility and performance evidence are established for each relevant activity separately.

Deadlines and alerts

Flag reviews, expiries, training or missing evidence before they become compliance risk. A followed deadline needs a source and owner; receiving a notification does not mean the required activity has been performed.

Human approval

Proposed plans move into work after review by responsible people. Review observations explain why evidence was accepted, completed or returned to the person preparing it for additional information.

Compliance dashboard

Show control status and areas where documentation risk is high. Internal states distinguish missing documents, ongoing review and recorded decisions without turning an aggregate view into an official assessment.

IN PRACTICEInspection readiness

IN PRACTICE

A new requirement no longer stays hidden in a PDF.

The quality team sees where the requirement applies and which evidence must be prepared. When responsibility is handed over, the incoming owner examines the requirement and observations still open. If evidence concerns an earlier edition, staff record the need for review before acceptance. Closure follows the examined document and owner’s decision, preserving the distinction between a performed activity and the internal conclusion reached during its assessment.

  1. The requirement is linked to relevant departments and procedures.

  2. Owners receive actions with deadlines and source references.

  3. Approved evidence enters the compliance file.

WHAT THE TEAM GAINS

RECORDS & TRACEABILITY

Evidence for inspections and audits.

Every control keeps its source, owner, date, approval and associated documents. A review dossier can start from a requirement and lead to the original document and its reviewer. Staff retain the explanation for a change and the review date. When responsibility is handed over, the incoming owner can see open actions and the justifications requiring another examination.

BEFORE YOUR DEMONSTRATION

Useful questions.

Who validates the status of a requirement?

The hospital’s designated team examines the requirement, documents and observations before recording status. Jovimed can associate the obligation with its owner and available evidence. A completed activity is not a legal conclusion; competent people examine applicability and whether the documents are sufficient for the facility’s particular situation.

Can internal procedures be followed?

Yes. Internal procedures and policies can be associated with checks, owners and deadlines in the agreed configuration. Staff identify the document version and evidence demonstrating performance of the check. When a procedure changes, designated owners review existing associations and explain the change so the previous version is not mistaken for the current one.

How are requirements that do not apply handled?

The owner examines the requirement’s scope and records why it does not apply to an activity or structure. Missing documentation and an inapplicable requirement mean different things. The demonstration addresses who examines that distinction, what justification is retained and how it is reviewed if the hospital’s circumstances change.
