ANMCS accreditation readiness

ANMCS accreditation readiness organises requirements, documents and responsibilities for quality teams and hospital management. Jovimed supports internal self-assessment and evidence follow-up; ANMCS determines the official assessment and category.

Configuration, integrations and availability are discussed in your demonstration.

CAPABILITIES

From requirement to evidence, without scattered files.

Organise preparation around the official structure of the standards and link each requirement to the documents and records that support it.

Versioned standards catalogue

References, standards, criteria and requirements from the edition approved by MS Order 446/2017, organised by edition for the move to edition III once adopted.

Owners and deadlines per requirement

Set applicability by department, with the owner, deadline and internal status of each requirement.

Evidence from daily work

Link sterilisation, stock, waste, training and access-right records to requirements, with versions and validity dates.

Internal self-assessment

YES, NO or NOT APPLICABLE answers, each with a justification. Gaps become actions with an owner and deadline.

Monitoring calendar

Current ANMCS Order 298/2020 deadlines, configurable: monthly data by the 10th, six-monthly and annual reporting, and suspected adverse events reported within 24 hours or on the first working day.

Documents for evaluation

Prepare requested documents and answers to evaluator requests, for upload to CaPeSaRo by the people the hospital designates.

IN PRACTICEPlanned re-accreditation

IN PRACTICE

An expiring certificate becomes a work plan.

A year before accreditation expires, the quality management lead identifies requirements without current evidence and assigns them to departments.

  1. Applicable requirements, owners and deadlines are set.

  2. Departments complete the internal self-assessment and attach evidence.

  3. Remaining gaps become actions, and documents are prepared for the evaluation stage.

WHAT THE TEAM GAINS

Management sees the internal status and what still needs completing. Evaluation and the accreditation category rest with ANMCS.

BEFORE YOUR DEMONSTRATION

Useful questions.

Who submits documents to CaPeSaRo?

The hospital’s designated people review, upload and take responsibility for documents in the official system. Jovimed organises internal preparation, requirement associations and examined evidence. A prepared package and completed submission are distinct states; staff follow official steps and information received during assessment or monitoring separately from the internal preparation dossier.

How should internal self-assessment be interpreted?

Self-assessment shows preparation status and staff observations against the requirements used. It is not the score or category determined by ANMCS. Owners examine documents and applicability, retaining the standards edition and justifications. The internal conclusion supports work organisation while official assessment remains with the competent authority and its process.

How is a new standards edition handled?

The catalogue retains the requirement version, and staff examine the version applicable to assessment. When a new edition is adopted, designated people review existing associations and documents. Evidence relevant to an earlier version is not assumed sufficient for the new one; observations and completion owners are recorded before that review is closed.

Where are adverse events followed?

Events, near misses and clinical risks are followed in Patient safety, with analysis and actions by authorised staff. An examined analysis may be associated with an accreditation requirement as internal evidence. The dossier retains context and document version, while designated people manage the official reporting steps for the applicable process.
