AI methodology and limits
AI methodology and limits explain sources, versions, dates and human review in analysis proposed for hospital teams. The guide helps legal, clinical and operational owners examine a proposal before approval without turning analytical output into an automatic decision.

Source and version before summary
Useful analysis starts with an identifiable document: issuer, title, reference and examined version. Extracted text and summaries need examination against the original. A difficult passage, incomplete annex or ambiguous statement remains an observation for its owner. Staff examine those elements before using a proposal for a procedure or working plan within the hospital.
Source coverage and integration are established in the configuration discussed with the hospital. A document absent from analysis is not assumed irrelevant. During review, staff retain the source and version supporting an earlier conclusion, then explain new information. This context allows a proposal to be examined without treating its summary as official text or an adopted legal opinion.
Dates with distinct meanings
Publication, entry into force and application of a provision are not treated as the same moment. A competent person examines scope and dates relevant to hospital activity. Drafts, adopted texts and consolidated versions have different roles during review. An action proposal needs to explain which version and temporal reference it uses before an internal deadline is determined.
If a date or applicability is unclear, the observation stays open for examination. Staff can consult the original document and identify affected structures or activities. Following a later change, designated people review the plan; a new text alone does not approve procedure changes. An operational deadline is associated with the examined decision rather than only the time the document was imported.
Proposal, examination and approval
Analysis may propose associations between a provision and a procedure, resource or training activity. The owner examines the reason, source and local information before acceptance. A technical association does not automatically establish a ward obligation. Competent people examine legal and professional applicability, while authorised professionals retain clinical decisions within their own responsibilities.
The approved plan retains its owner, action and expected closure evidence. Staff can return to the initial proposal and explanation of changes. A plausible answer requires examination just as one with an explicit observation does. Approval is substantive: the designated person needs to examine the document and be able to reject or correct a proposal when information is insufficient.
Different methods, explicit limitations
AI-assisted legal analysis, document review, forecasting and simulation have distinct purposes and methods. A modelled result is not an observed event, and missing information does not demonstrate absence of a problem. Staff examine data, periods and assumptions appropriate to the instrument. Limitations need to remain visible in the working note and management discussion.
Access is established according to responsibility and purpose. Staff medical results are examined in the authorised workspace while management follows necessary operational information. The guide does not assume every analytical tool uses AI or describe autonomous diagnosis and financial decisions. Function availability, sources and configuration are clarified during a demonstration and in implementation documents.
BEFORE YOUR DEMONSTRATION
Useful questions.
Who is responsible for an AI-proposed action?
The hospital’s competent people examine source, applicability and context before approval. Jovimed organises the proposal and review history, but decision responsibility remains human. The approved plan retains its owner and relevant documents; an unexamined recommendation does not automatically become a procedure or clinical measure in the hospital.
How is uncertain information handled?
A passage, source or date requiring clarification remains an observation for its owner. Staff consult the original document and complete context before reaching a conclusion. Persuasive wording does not replace examination; when information is insufficient, the designated person can defer the decision, correct the proposal or request additional professional review.
Does every analysis use the same method?
No. Forecasts, simulations and document checks have their own data and assumptions, while AI-assisted legal analysis follows sources and proposals. Staff examine an instrument’s purpose before interpreting its output. Configuration and limitations are discussed during the demonstration without assuming one method offers the same information for every kind of question.
